Los Suspiros shows a foundation of brown sugar sweetness at a wide roast range, accented by subtle hints of red apple, berry, and cinnamon-laced chocolate. The sweetness in the ground coffee at light roasts has smells of cinnamon-raisin bread, malt-like, honey wheat and subtle spice. Medium roasts show berry-like brightness that feeds into a fruited accent note of blueberry. But at the core of Los Suspiros is a foundation of raw sugar sweetness like simple brown sugar that is contrasted by subtle accent notes of red apple, baking spice and fading to a finishing flavor of cinnamon-laced chocolate bar. Great as drip, pour-over, and espresso.
