Some folks consider Yemeni coffee the best in the world.  We would never make that claim, but for the first time ever, we've acquired a coffee from Yemen.  This is a Red Haraaz, which is comprised of fresh cherries purchased directly from producers who have picked or sorted perfectly ripe fruit and delivered it immediately after harvest. Coffee is dried on raised beds and milled in Sana'a.
As a natural processed coffee, the sought after notes here will be Praline, Lemon, Dried Berry, and Coriander, with a balanced body.  Not sure we'll ever have this one again, so get it while you can!  Will have approximately 28 lbs available for purchase this first go-round.  This coffee will be available only at a medium roast, in 1 lb quanties.
