This Fair Trade Organic from Peru is our current stellar decaf offering.  The Mountain Water Processing (no chemicals) allows this decaf to maintain notes of Almond, Cocoa, and Toffee, lighter bodied. Recommend trying at Medium roast.  You may very well enjoy this coffee more than some conventional coffees.  Definitely one to try!
