Hands down the best decaf we've ever had here at the roastery.  The Mountain Water Processing (no chemicals), and honey processing of the coffee allow this decaf to maintain notes of Chocolate and Citrus without that obvious coffee"ish" note present in most decafs.  Recommend trying at Medium roast.
