Chiapas back in stock!  This crop originates at almost 5,000 feet above sea level, and is comprised of Bourbon, Caturra, Mundo Novo, and Typica varietals.  In the cup you'll notice lower acidity, and a balanced body, with notes of Almond, Brown Sugar, and a whisper of plum at lighter roasts as the cup cools. Chiapas coffees have been one of our most popular coffees over the years, and this one will surely carry the torch.
