Indonesia is known for its semi-wet hulled processed coffees that exhibit a noticeable earthy character at most roast levels.  This natural processed Bali Kintamani defies most expectations of an Indonesian cup.  Featuring notes of Blackberry, Grape, Strawberry, and Tangerine, with bright acidity and a heavy body, this is one of our favorites.  We had to wait 2 YEARS for this one, but it was worth it!
