Indonesia is known for its semi-wet hulled processed coffees that exhibit a noticeable earthy character at most roast levels. This natural processed Bali Kintamani defies most expectations of an Indonesian cup. Featuring notes of Grape, Kiwi, Strawberry, and Watermelon, with bright acidity and a heavy body, this is one of our favorites. Folks that know about us, know that we consider this particular coffee one of our "signature" coffees.  Also, all pesticides are banned on the island of Bali, and all fertilizers are organic.  We booked out 600 lbs of it to get through Spring, but it may not last that long.
